Abstract
40 Years of Scientific Restoration
The first issue was published in the context of the celebration of 40 years since the inaugural scientific restoration site of mural painting, at the Church of the Humor Monastery, and is therefore naturally dedicated to the conservation of this important artistic component.
The inaugural issue was, in fact, the outcome of a deeply moving conference organized at Humor by Art Conservation Support within the cultural project “In Dialogue with Monuments. 40 Years of Scientific Restoration”.
This is where “our story” began.
